Terms:

Guarantee:

We guarantee all animals to be correctly sexed, feeding, and in good health. All animals offered for sale are produced by us. Genetics of our animals are also guaranteed, and visual guarantee forms will come with every purchase. See shipping section for live arrival guarantee conditions. Any exceptions to the above will be noted in the available animals listing.

Payment:

Animals will only be shipped after payment has been received in full. We accept credit cards via Paypal, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Personal Check. Checks must clear before animals will be shipped.

Deposits/Payment Plans:

Animals can be reserved with a deposit of 25%. Deposits are non-refundable unless it was for an animal that we can not produce. Deposits can be applied to a different animal if so desired. We accept payment plans, with an initial deposit of 25%, but complete terms must be agreed to by both parties via e-mail before plan begins.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are not included in listed prices unless otherwise noted. We are a certified FedEx and Delta Dash live reptile shipper. Live arrival on animals under $2000.00 shipped via FedEx is guaranteed as long as a person is available to sign for the delivery on the first attempt. Animals over $2000.00 will only be shipped via Delta Dash, and must be picked up within four hours of arrival at destination airport for live arrival guarantee. Animals priced over $2000.00 may be shipped via FedEx at buyers request, but live arrival cannot be guaranteed.

Once you have your animal:

Upon receipt of your animal, please inspect it closely. If you receive it via Delta Dash, inspect it before leaving the Delta counter. We must be notified within 4 hours of receiving an animal that is not alive. We offer a 48 hour (from time of receipt) refund policy on any live animal. The animal in question must be returned to us at the buyers expense before refund is issued. We will help arrange return shipping.
